Our Commitment to Top-Notch Quality

Specification, testing, documentation and lead time under one accountable roof.

Built for Quality. Trusted in the Field.

Lenix operates its own production facility, so specification, testing, documentation and lead time all sit under one accountable roof.

Every product is designed against a written specification — materials, rated capacity, applicable standard and intended use — before a single unit is cut or formed. Leather and web are selected and tested by lot, steel components are formed and heat-treated to specification, and every safety-critical assembly is recorded against its batch so it can be traced back years later.

Choose Lenix for equipment you can put a crew's weight on, and for the advice that goes with it.

Design & Tooling

In-house design and prototyping, so a custom belt geometry or shank length can move from drawing to sample without a third party.

Materials

Leather, web and steel selected against specification and tested on every incoming lot. Nothing enters production on a supplier's word alone.

Production

Cutting, stitching, riveting, forming and heat treatment on controlled lines, with in-process inspection and batch traceability on every unit.

Test & Verify

Load and proof testing on belts, straps, harnesses and climbers confirms each model performs to its published rating before release.

Mark & Pack

Size, model and batch marking on every safety item, packed to your order with a manifest that matches your receiving log line for line.

Inspection and retirement — what we will always tell you

Belts, straps, harnesses and climbers are consumable safety equipment, not capital assets. They require documented inspection before each use and periodic competent-person inspection, and they must be retired on damage or at our stated service life — whichever comes first. We publish inspection criteria for every safety product we make, and we will not sell you a repair for a component we say must be replaced.
